Do Ulefone devices come with a warranty?
Yes, all our smartphones and tablets include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Accessories are covered for 6 months.
Are Ulefone rugged phones compatible with my carrier?
Our devices are globally unlocked; however, network bands vary. We recommend checking the 'Network' section of the product page against your provider’s bands before purchasing.
How long does international shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Standard international shipping takes 7-15 business days, while expedited options take 3-7 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. If the device is functional but you changed your mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Are these phones truly waterproof?
Ulefone Armor series devices are IP68/IP69K rated, meaning they are resistant to submersion in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. Please ensure all port covers are tightly sealed.
